Hundreds of patients including newborn babies may have been exposed to tuberculosis by an infected hospital employee, city health officials said Thursday. AKRON: A 26-year-old man told Akron police he was struck on the head and robbed Wednesday afternoon. Lt. Rick Edwards said the man told officers that after he was dropped off by a friend at his home in the 500 block of Douglas Street about 3:30 p.m., he was approached from behind and struck in the back of the head with some type of a metal object.
